DeCotiis Done?

They have gotten $12,516,262 in legal fees between 2004 and December 7, 2016 from their position as general counsel to the Union County Improvement Authority (UCIA) but it may be over for the law firm of DeCotiis, Fitzpatrick and Cole, LLP (DeCotiis) as they could have recently heard some variation of:
.

.
On February 3, 2016 we got UCIA Resolution 9-2016, a version of which had been passing for years, where:

UCIA-dec16

But last Wednesday Resolution 9-2017 had some different wording:

uciares-17

And looking over the bill listing of January 4, 2017:

ucia-1417

and February 1, 2017:

ucia-217

The law firm Rainone, Coughlin and Minchello came into existence Wednesday, Coughlin said in a phone interview. All four of Coughlin’s new partners worked at Teaneck-based Decotiis, Fitzpatrick & Cole, which did $12.1 million in public work in 2015.” http://politico.pro/2iG2Nzu
