Courthouse Questions Deflected

Supposedly set to be ready for occupancy in a month:
.

.
In response to a citizen’s question of the Local Finance Board wondering why a courthouse originally budgeted to to be ready for occupancy on December 19, 2014 at a cost of $33,380,000 wound up (as of now) set to be built April 30, 2017 at a cot of $44,997,581 Decotiis’ response continued to avoid the big questions:

  • Who messed up?
  • What about the bond on this project?
  • Is anything going to be done to reform the UCIA to curb these massive overages?

as usual, with no back up whatsoever to justify the costs as requested. Another job for Porrino the AG to investigate. Decotiis lawfirm should simply be disbarred for being complicit in possible criminal activities. (They are one of the change orders for $457,000. I said at $300/hour it works out to 1500 manhours. Decotiis mentions $165, so that works out to 2700 manhours. Where is his billing invoices to justify his own costs. Fake numbers?)

Suggestion to the readers-heres a link to the AGs office with a form to fill out, if you want to press allegations or concerns about the boondoggle. Be precise in your claims though since it would be part of the overall investigation, not just complain:
