This spreadsheet shows that Bibi Taylor is now being paid $2083.33 every 2 weeks from the UC Government Complex account and $3125 every 2 weeks from the Stipend account. In 2021, Bibi Taylor was receiving a $10,000 Stipend per month for the UC Government Complex. In 2022, she is now receiving $10,416 per month. She actually received a Stipend Raise! There is no UC Government Complex Project, there are no employees at the UCIA, yet this woman continues to reap the riches of taxpayer dollars.
Why aren’t the Commissioner’s asking for the truth from County Manager Oatman and stepping up to stop this abuse. Such a disgrace.

Actually, her stipend remained the same. Go back to one of the CW’s older posts and you see Robert Charkowsky was receiving $5,000 a year stipend to assist the IA. $416.66 over 12 months is $5k.
The question is WHY are they trying to HIDE her stipend?
What information does she have on Oatman or the Commissioners that they continue to allow her to have this much control? She’s a liability and this will only end badly.

Why is Bibi Taylor even still employed by UC and UCIA? No one likes or respects her. Hudak doesn’t count as he’s a loser. Did Ed Oatman lie to the Commissioners about reducing her iA stipend since the court orders to stop all work and then moved the money around to purposely deceive them? If so, they need to be fired and bought up on charges for criminal acts.
