Resolutions referenced:

515: Resolution modifying the 2022 Union County adopted budget in the amount of $4,780,402 as a result of notification received from the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development for
a program entitled: SuperNofa Continuum of Care Grant.

529: Resolution modifying the 2022 Union County adopted budget in the amount of $9,220,446.78 as a result of notification received from the Union County Vocational Schools for a shared service agreement
entitled: UCVTS Shared Service Agreement for Health and Prescription Benefits -Administrative Services.

535: Authorizing the County Manager to accept FY2021 SuperNOFA Continuum of Care (CoC) program competitive grant award funds in the amount not to exceed $4,480,261 from U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and to enter into subcontracts with the agencies on the attached list for varied one year contract time frames as specified in the Spending Plan; further authorizing the transfer of funds among the awarded agencies during the contract period should service needs change and/or if any fails to meet its contractual obligation.

550: Amending Resolution Number 2022-95 a contract awarded through advertised public bidding (BA#11-2015) in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., to Ritacco
Construction Company of Belleville, New Jersey, approving Change Order Number 3 for the Replacement of Short Hills Avenue Culvert, SP-39, Township of Scotch Plains. This change order will increase the original contract amount by $187,711.28 for a new contract amount not to exceed $814,323.61 (Union County Engineering Project Number 2010-006c).

557: Authorizing the County Manager to enter into a Shared Services Agreement with the Borough of Roselle for a UASI funded, cloud-hosted, information sharing records management system (RMS), commencing July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, with the option to extend the contract term up to an additional 24 months.

558: Authorizing the County Manager to enter into a Shared Services Agreement with the Township of Berkeley Heights for a UASI funded cloud-hosted information sharing records management system (RMS), commencing July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, with the option to extend the contract term up to an additional 24 months.

559: Authorizing the County Manager to enter into a Shared Services Agreement with the Borough of Fanwood for a UASI funded cloud-hosted information sharing records management system (RMS), commencing July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, with the option to extend the contract term up to an additional 24 months.

560: Authorizing the County Manager to enter into a Shared Services Agreement with the Township of Scotch Plains for a UASI funded cloud-hosted information sharing records management system (RMS), commencing July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, with the option to extend contract term up to an additional 24 months.

569: Authorizing the County Manager to enter into a contract with Momentum Telecom, Kennesaw, Georgia for the purpose of providing maintenance for a private network solution for programming elections and tallying election results between the Union County Board of Elections and the County Clerk’s office for the contract period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025 in the amount of not to exceed $50,040.

570: Authorizing the County Manager to award a stop-loss insurance contract to Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Newark, NJ through BGIA/Acrisure, Woodbridge, NJ, as the County’s Health Insurance Consultant/Broker of Record for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 in an amount not to exceed $3,250,000.

571: Authorizing the County Manager to award a contract to SSDC Services Corp., Novi, MI, through BGIA/Acrisure, Woodbridge, NJ, as the County’s Health Insurance Consultant/Broker of Record for Medicare and Disability Monitoring Services, for twenty-eight months from September 1, 2022
through December 31, 2024 that shall lead to reductions in cost for the self-insured health plans of the County. Fees shall be paid only when savings have been certified to occur in amounts not to exceed $80,000 for Discovery, $40,000 for Recovery and $225,000 for Development for a total cost not to exceed
$345,000.

574: Authorizing the County Manager to sign any and all documents necessary to enter into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the PBA 199–Correction Officers, effective January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.

584: Authorizing the County Manager to execute a Settlement Agreement in the matter entitled Reginald Curry v. County of Union et als, in the amount not to exceed $95,000.

585: Authorizing the County Manager to appoint Weiner Law Group, LLP, Parsippany, NJ, to represent the County of Union in the matter entitled Weldon Materials, Inc. v. County of Union, el als. in the amount not
to exceed $10,000.

    Resolution authorizing the taxpayers of Union County to immediately terminate the incompetent and arrogant County Manger and Finance Director. This is what needs to be on the agenda before the taxpayers lose another nickel on these two losers.

      agree to above post.. and to include dan sullivan and his total screw ups at the UCUA and soon it will also be the worthless Hudak as surrogate to toss in this bunch of incompetants costing us taxpayers and ratepayers millions of $$$. Prosecuutor Ruotolo left a swath of costly lawsuits for us to pay as she moved up the ladder. Self serving abject failures just out for enrichment but thnx to the NJ power boss system, works just fine for them as we little people have to cover the lawsuits and support the burden of a bloated government.
