2022-824: Authorizing the County Manager to award a contract to Community Access Unlimited, Elizabeth, New Jersey to promote youth, teen, and community development through prevention programs including selfempowerment and youth leadership, Interfaith initiatives and collaboration among community programs for youth and families for the period of June 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 in an amount not to exceed $100,000.
2022-829: Amending Resolution 2022-749, a contract with Colliers Engineering and Design Inc., Red Bank, NJ for engineering services for the Zimmerman Parking Lot Improvements, to reflect an account number change only.
2022-833: Authorizing the County Manager to utilize the County’s option to extend a contract with Ronlee Realty, Inc., pursuant to Resolution 2012-547, and to execute Amendment Number 1 to Lease Agreement, to lease increased space at 40 Parker Road, Elizabeth, for the purpose of providing necessary office space for various departments; for the period of an additional five (5) years, two (2) months, from November 1, 2022 through December 31, 2027, in a base rent amount not to exceed $3,248,684.08.
2022-839: Authorizing the County Manager, through the Open Space, Recreation and Historic Preservation Trust Fund, to award Kids Recreation Trust 2022 grants to nineteen (19) municipalities in the County of Union, in accordance with the Kids Recreation Trust grant criteria in an amount not to exceed $1,003,327.23.
2022-846: Authorizing the County Manager to sign any and all documents necessary to enter into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with Teamsters Local 469-Primary Supervisors effective January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2025.

2022-855: Amending Resolution 2020-864 to increase the appropriation to Hatfield Schwartz, LLC to represent the County of Union, Union County Prosecutor’s Office and Acting Prosecutor Lyndsay V. Ruotolo in the matter entitled Susan J. Gleason v. New Jersey Office of the Attorney General et al, in an amount not to exceed $25,000 for a new total contract amount not to exceed $50,000.
